Hanchen Huang graduated from Tsinghua University, China, with a bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering. He received his Ph.D. degree in bioinformatics from the Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 2019. Hanchen Huang’s current research focuses on the development of computational tools for single cell sequencing data analysis and integrative multi-omics study, aiming at the discovery of cancer-related biomarkers and the better understanding of cancer biology.
